Practical Physiology

Through a practical, hands-on approach, with illustrations and sketches, the emphasis here is on being user-friendly. The aim is to help students master techniques used for physiological tests in the medical and paramedical fields. Inclusion of questions and mini-assignments is to encourage interactive learning. For each test the preparation of the patient, the factors influencing body functions and affecting test counts are given.
